Woodpecker class had a lovely afternoon with our visitors, Des and Alan, from the British Horse Society. They talked to us about how to pass horses safely and why this is so important. We were able to ask lots of questions and found out more about the Mounted Police and working in the Queen’s Household Cavalry. We know now that we need to pass horses slowly and give them plenty of room. The children all listened really carefully so please ask them all about it!
